1 Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you (" Player", "you", "your") and c baji ("c baji", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the c baji website located at https://c-baji.xyz and all associated services, games, and features available through the platform.

2 Account Registration

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on c baji are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in which the bet is placed. These rules are available within each game or betting market. In the event of a dispute, the rules published within the game or market at the time the bet was placed will apply.

C baji reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, an incorrectly displayed price, or a system malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. C baji also reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or game at its discretion.

For live betting markets, bets are accepted up until the point at which the market is suspended. Once a market is suspended, no further bets can be placed. Bets placed before a suspension are valid unless the market is subsequently voided due to an error or exceptional circumstance.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

C baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or a request from the account holder.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets until the investigation is resolved. C baji will aim to complete all investigations within 14 business days. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released.
